Instead of enjoying the familiar Vietnamese rare beef with lemon, it’s a good idea to try the nutritious rare beef Carpaccio with a strange taste in menu of the wedding season.
Rare beef Carpaccio is an appetizer served with tomato sauce and a cup of claret to stimulate your taste buds as well as create a distinct flavour.
The main ingredient of the course is American beef which is mixed with two kinds of spices: pepper and salt.
