Located in the heart of the ancient capital city of Hue and alongside the south bank of the Perfume River, Ancient Space Restaurant has rapidly become a popular destination for relaxed dining. The restaurant offers traditional and modern cuisine within an ancient and serene atmosphere. The architecture is typical of Hue's traditional wooden houses, and has been stylishly decorated by the restaurant's owner in a classical style. The ambience is reminiscent of a promenade from inside the former Hue Imperial city. At night, the Ancient Space restaurant is made even more poetic by a colourful lighting system traditionally arranged in the style used by the Hue Royal families. The cozy atmosphere is embellished even further by classical music which allows you to experience some subtle moments of tranquility.
In addition to enjoying Com nieu (rice cooked in an earthenware pot), you should also try their breakfast which includes an assortment of Hue cakes, and the specialty Bun Bo Hue (beef and noodle soup Hue style).
